30-45 minutes: This is best for a slow stretch for a specific area of the body needing attention

60-75 minutes is perfect for a slow full body FST treatment

90 minutes is perfect for a very slow full body stretch with extra attention in areas that are needed.


30-45 minutes : This length is best for only one area of the body that is needing attention

60 minutes: This length is ideal for a Therapeutic massage for either 2 areas of body needing attention or a full body relaxation.

75-90 minutes is great for a full body plus extra attention in areas needed.


60-90 Minutes is perfect for one area of the body to be stretched and one area to be massaged.

120 minutes you can receive a full body stretch and a full body massage!
